The GBASP is spectacular. I just got one for my birth day. it plays great. the back light works very well. And the recargeable batteries are very useful. I just charge it all knight and the next day im in for 13 hours of gameing. the things i dont like are its very thin so you can't grap onto anything. secondly, with a gba you naturaly hold it with fingers on R, L with GBASP you have to move your fingers, and it get irrateting. But back to the goods, most of the time when a GBA gets scratched, is when you carrie it. the GBASP folds together so that the sreen cant touch any thing, there for not scratching it. over aall i give GBASP a 9/10

The First GBA
Befor the SP there was good old advance. Why can't we settle with the advanced things, we have to make them advanced special. But the GBA is a great system. the same as SP but without back light, and recargeable battires. problem one light. If your eyes are going bad from squinting at you GBA get and afterblaze, this is a kit, that you instal yourself. This kit is just like the SP back light, but it puts another dial next to the volume control which ajusts the brighness of the backlight. problem two, rechargables, there are many recargeable packs out there one that holds like a PS2 controler, one fat hump, so on and so forth. if you useing normal battireis then buy a recharger, and recharge your own battires. the GBA has lasts 18 hours, or 13 with a Afterblaze. the gameboy color only lasts 8 hours without a back light. so stop complaining. This tells you that the GBA can be just as good as an SP with a few upgrades GBA Afterblaze rechargable pack
see thats SP costs personaly i think that the GBA has a beter shape. eaiser to hold. But hey gota have the latest, and greatest, so i got an SP and a pimped out GBA hey hey!
